The Brief

A technical brand that has to sound the same in every market it sells into.

Professional cleaning is a considered purchase. The buyer is a facilities manager, a hygiene lead or a procurement team, and they are choosing a system rather than a product. The content has to teach something credible, hold one visual standard across every format, and survive translation into four more languages without losing either.

One visual system, many executions

Campaign lines had to stretch across mops, wipes, trolleys and full systems, and across healthcare, hospitality and kitchen environments.

Education ahead of product

The strongest B2B content here answers a technical question first. Carousels explain the science, then let the product follow the argument.

Proof from real sites, not claims

Specifiers trust named customers over adjectives, so story led work uses real sites, named people and figures the client can stand behind.

Two streams, one identity

Campaign work runs in Vileda red, the efficiency and sustainability education in the professional green. Both still read as one brand.

Campaign Platform

Beside Every Cleaner

One fixed line, a second half that changes with the product and the room. Twelve key visual versions came out of this platform, so each audience sees a message built for their environment while the campaign still reads as one thing.

LinkedIn Carousel

Every Drop Counts

Four slides on water efficiency, built to argue a position rather than announce a product. It opens on a question the audience already has, corrects the assumption behind it, then shows where Vileda Professional fits.

4 slides English and French Adobe Illustrator master PDF and PNG exports
Every Drop Counts slide one
Slide 1. Opens on the assumption, more water means better cleaning, and lists what it actually costs.
Every Drop Counts slide two
Slide 2. Moves the argument to fibre level, where the product claim becomes provable.
Every Drop Counts slide three
Slide 3. Myth against reality, three claims answered in a scannable structure.
Every Drop Counts slide four
Slide 4. Closes on a six step ladder, ending in a soft product and certification cue.
Customer Story

SafePlus MicronRoll System

A six slide LinkedIn story carousel built on a real proof site, Glostrup Fritidscenter in Denmark. Named customer quotes, a named Vileda area manager, and a rollout figure the client can stand behind.

6 slides LinkedIn document post Named on the record
A hook with a point of viewThe opening slide names the problem in the customer's language, most gyms think they are disinfecting, rather than opening on the product.
Ends on the commercial factOne proof site becomes a national rollout across 110 facilities, then a single call to the full case study in comments.

Film and Video

Shot once, then rebuilt for each market

The film work follows the same rule as the print. One master edit, then a language version built in the original project file so the on-screen titles, pacing and end frame survive rather than getting a subtitle strip. Below, the same Back To School film in English and Italian, plus the product launch film and the Dutch vertical.

Events and Templates

Event collateral built to be reused

Event artwork is handed over as layered masters, so dates, venues and stand numbers can be changed in house rather than coming back as a new job each time. The trade show template carries a live stand number field, built for the European event calendar.

Adaptation

Built once in English, then rebuilt properly for four more markets.

Three of the thirteen projects were pure language adaptations and two more shipped as multi language sets from the start. Adaptation here is a design job, not a subtitle pass: line lengths change, headlines rebreak, and diagram labels have to stay legible at the same size. Every version was rebuilt in the original artwork so the typography and spacing survive the translation.

Why this one is worth showing

It is the clearest proof that Dart can hold a specialist B2B brand system across formats and languages at pace: thirteen projects in a single quarter, from campaign platform to customer story to trade show template, with nothing rebuilt from scratch.

Use this case for

European or multi market B2B prospects, manufacturers selling technical products through specifiers, and any brand that needs one creative system to survive translation into several languages.
